Theses/Dissertation Preparation

For the oral defense, a sufficient number of completed copies of the thesis or dissertation, acceptable in form and substance to each member of the examining committee and the Dean of the Graduate School, is required. At least 20 calendar days prior to the proposed defense, the copies must be submitted to the Graduate School for scheduling of the examination. Following a successful defense, and after all changes and corrections have been made, four copies prepared in accordance with requirements of the Graduate School and the library must be submitted to the Graduate School Office. Doctoral candidates must submit an additional abstract, not exceeding 350 words. Students are advised to follow the instructions and guidelines in the links below for thesis prepareation.

 

MS Word Thesis Template is provided to assist the student in writing their thesis. It does not replace the instructions posted in the website. It is the student responsibility to adhere to the instructions when writing their thesis.
